Solano ADHC is a community based organization serving Solano County adults. We are here to help you enjoy life and age gracefully.
Person-Centered Care
One of our main pillars here at Solano ADHC is person-centered care, which means creating care plans that best suite not only the participant, but all other parties involved to ensure the most effective care.
Community Education
We believe in educating our participants. We educate our community through COVID trainings, psycho-social skills workshops, mindfulness exercises, activities of daily living (ADL) training, and more.
Promoting Wellness
Mental health and socialization are encouraged through coaching, education, and exercises. Screenings are also provided to assess for depressive and anxious features, social isolation, suicidal ideations, and more.
Providing person-centric care;
It takes a community.
We have started offering in-person services. Enrolling New Participants
We are open for in-person services and enrolling new participants. All services that we offer are fully covered by Medi-Cal / Partnership Plan of California for all adults residing in Solano County. For participants interested in availing our services or for additional details please contact us at
